PRODUCT RETURNS 

Returns & Exchanges

Lash Alchemy will accept a return, exchange or refund only if the products are:

  • returned in original packaging

  • in unused, unopened and undamaged condition

  • returned within 30 days of purchase

Products that are opened, used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or not as advertised.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as all transport risks are borne by the sender.

Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your product arrives:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • incorrect

  • or not as advertised

Please email us at info@lashalchemy.com.au before returning the item.
We will assess the issue and work with you on the best resolution.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Online Course Refunds

Due to the immediate access to digital materials and release of intellectual property, all online course sales are final.
Refunds are not provided once access has been granted.

This applies to all courses sold under Vanessa Rawling Beauty and Lash Alchemy Academy.

Copyright & Account Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke course access—without refund—if:

  • login details are shared with non-paying individuals

  • course materials are copied, downloaded, or distributed

  • there is evidence of copyright infringement or unauthorised use

These actions breach our terms and may result in legal consequences.

Course Kits (If Included)

If your course includes a kit, please inspect it upon delivery.
Any defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items that are opened, used or reported after this time cannot be replaced or refunded.
