QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU TRAIN?
Everything you might be wondering before booking your in-person Lash Alchemy training.
How do I know which training to select?
If you haven't performed a Korean Lash Lift before, Beginner Training is the right place to start.
Korean Lash Lifting is a completely different technique and process to a traditional lash lift. Beginner Training takes you through the entire method step-by-step, ensuring you understand every stage before working on a live model.
Intermediate Training is designed for artists who have already performed Korean Lash Lifts and are ready to refine their technique, improve consistency and master advanced methods.
Can the training be customised to my needs?
Absolutely.
Because our trainings are intentionally kept small, we're able to personalise parts of the day to focus on the areas you need the most support with.
For beginners, this might include pricing, consultations, setting up your business, attracting clients or building confidence before taking paying clients.
For intermediate artists, this may include advanced troubleshooting, retention, refining your client experience, introducing a price increase smoothly or improving profitability.
No two artists are at the same stage, which is why we believe training should never be one-size-fits-all.
I've already completed training elsewhere. Is Intermediate Training worth it?
Absolutely. Many artists join Intermediate Training after feeling stuck with inconsistent results, retention issues or uncertainty around shield selection.
The training is designed to refine your technique, strengthen your understanding of Korean Lash Lifting and help you understand the finer details most courses skip over.
Will I work on a live model?
Yes. Live model work is one of the most valuable parts of the day.
You'll complete two live models during your training, allowing you to apply what you've learned with Vanessa there to guide, correct and support you throughout the process.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer both Zip Pay and Afterpay, allowing you to spread your investment into manageable payments and start your training sooner.

What happens after training?
You'll leave training with a clear understanding of the Lash Alchemy method, greater confidence in your technique and the ability to immediately implement what you've learned with clients.
Your support doesn't end when training finishes. You'll have ongoing access to guidance, feedback and support as you continue working with clients, giving you confidence that help is there whenever you need it.

Yes. Salon training is available Australia-wide for salon owners and teams wanting personalised education delivered directly within their own business.

How many students are in each training?
Our signature training format is limited to just 3 students, allowing Vanessa to spend significantly more time with each student than traditional classroom-style training.
This means more one-on-one support, more opportunities to ask questions, more feedback on your technique and more time spent focusing on the areas you personally need help with.
If you would prefer completely private training, 1:1 training is also available.
