From luxury treatments to education and product development, each of us brings something different to the table - but one thing we all have in common? We genuinely love what we do.

The face, brains & founder behind Lash Alchemy ✨

Vanessa built the brand from the ground up with a vision to create more than “just another salon”.

From artist to educator, mentor, and product developer, she’s worn pretty much every hat possible in the industry - all while building a brand known for raising the standard in lash lifting.

When she’s not working on one of the many branches within Lash Alchemy, you’ll probably find her at the gym, working… or talking everyone’s ear off. Balance ✨

If there’s a launch happening, a website being rebuilt, content being created, systems needing fixing, or seventeen tabs open at once… it’s probably Ashley behind it.

Working across all umbrella brands within Lash Alchemy, Ashley helps bring the backend magic to life from strategy and ecommerce to content, customer experience, launches, and keeping the chaos semi-organised.

Powered mostly by amaretto sours and pure delusion.

Senior Lash & Brow Artist

Taylah

Taylah is one of those calm, naturally talented artists clients instantly feel comfortable around.

Specialising in lashes and brows, she’s known for her attention to detail and soft, polished results.

Outside of work, she’s all about quality time with friends, beach walks, and probably listening to Tate McRae somewhere in the background.

Billi

Senior Lash & Brow Artist + PMU Artist

Billi

Billi brings the perfect mix of talent, chaos, and personality to the salon.

Alongside lashes and brows, she also specialises in cosmetic tattooing and loves helping clients feel confident through subtle, natural-looking enhancements.

When she’s not in the studio, she’s usually deep-diving random facts online, scrolling TikTok, or talking tattoos.

Maddie

Maddie is one of the sweet souls of the salon, bringing a calm energy and genuine passion for the beauty industry into every appointment.

As Lash Alchemy’s emerging artist, she’s continually refining her skills and growing within the industry, with a strong focus on creating beautiful, confidence-boosting results for every client.

Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find her spending time with friends, at the gym, or ordering an amaretto sour somewhere ✨
