Refunds & Returns Policy

1. PRODUCT RETURNS (Physical Products – Lash Alchemy)


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be in the same condition that you received it

  • be unworn or unused

  • have tags (if applicable) still attached

  • be in its original packaging

  • be returned within 30 days of purchase

Lash Alchemy will only accept a return, exchange or refund if all of the above conditions are met.
No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not returned in their original packaging and condition.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label; otherwise you will be required to arrange your own tracked postage.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is confirmed as faulty, misdescribed, or your local consumer law requires otherwise.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective or damaged

  • you receive the wrong item

  • the product is not as advertised

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law and any applicable local regulations.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used beauty products, liquids, adhesives or tools (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items where marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Submit a return request for the item you have;

  2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification.

To exercise this right:

  • Your item must still be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact info@lashalchemy.com.au to arrange your EU return in line with this cooling-off period.

Refunds for Products

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or declined.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lashalchemy.com.au.


2. COURSE REFUNDS (Online Courses – Lash Alchemy Academy / Vanessa Rawling Beauty)

Online Course Refunds

Due to the immediate access to digital materials and the release of proprietary intellectual property, all online course sales are final.

  • No refunds are offered once course access has been granted, regardless of progress or completion.

  • This applies to all online courses and digital education products sold under Vanessa Rawling Beauty and Lash Alchemy Academy.

If you’re unsure whether a course is right for you, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best option for your needs.

Course Kits & Physical Inclusions

If your course enrolment includes a kit or physical product:

  • Please inspect your kit upon delivery.

  • Any defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or suitable resolution.
Items that have been opened, used, or reported outside this 3-day window cannot be replaced or refunded (except where required by law).

Copyright, Intellectual Property & Account Misuse

All course materials, videos, documents, downloads, digital resources and training frameworks are the exclusive property of Vanessa Rawling Beauty / Lash Alchemy Academy.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access, without refund, if:

  • login details are shared with non-paying individuals

  • course materials are copied, downloaded, screen-recorded, or distributed without permission

  • there is evidence of copyright infringement or misuse of intellectual property

These actions are a breach of our terms and may lead to legal action.
